Desiree Carlo is Senior Vice President of Client Services at Laurel Hill Advisory Group. Having previously been a leader in the Securities Industry as a Transfer Agent, Desiree brings with her a wealth of experience in assisting Micro- to Medium-Cap Issuers with their Annual Meetings, Special Meetings and Corporate Actions, as well as Inspector of Election and other specialized services.  Her knowledge and expertise in these matters are critical, enabling our clients to navigate the often-difficult challenges that a Small-Cap company may not have the internal resources to work through on their own.
