Meagan Lehman manages all Operations of our Communications Center, which is the keystone to our Solicitation and Pre-Escheat services. As a Certified Salesforce Administrator, Meagan has personally designed our systems from the ground up to integrate the latest in Data Protection and Communications technology, with an eye to efficiency and adaptability. She has crafted outreach campaigns for SPAC’s, Micro to Mega Cap Issuer Annual and Special Meetings, Bank Conversions and Shareholder Asset Reunification Programs (ShARP) to locate unresponsive investors to avoid escheatment- thereby mitigating audit risk- as well as inbound inquiries for Tender Offers and Investor Services, all structured individually, customized to meet our clients’ specific needs.

She and her Team are proficient in resolving critical issues that Companies face in the course of their Investor Relations program, finding creative solutions to achieve positive results in these campaigns while maintaining cost effectiveness for the client.
